Hi, I’m Katya Martin — a psychology-trained practitioner working with adults who want more emotional clarity and healthier relationships.

Many of the people I support are dealing with anxiety, the emotional aftershocks of divorce, painful relationship patterns, or the long shadow of past experiences. You might look “fine” on the outside but inside you’re exhausted from overthinking, people-pleasing, second-guessing yourself, or trying to hold everything together.

This work is warm, grounded, and practical. You will find space where we slow things down enough to understand what’s really happening in your nervous system, your thoughts, and your relationships — and then turn that understanding into changes you can actually feel in daily life.

We’ll work on things like:

  • calming anxiety and reducing emotional overwhelm
  • understanding triggers and repeating patterns
  • building boundaries without guilt
  • improving communication and repair in relationships
  • processing difficult experiences safely, at your pace

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s completely okay. We usually begin with an introductory session to understand your situation and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
